Adrian Magrys of Lanquidity Records joined us at our September Dig A Little at the Forest Tavern to sell some tunes. It was a wordly crate packed full of Eastern European gems that were no doubt a joy to listen to. As the day progressed we realised that this month we were actually a DJ down so Adrian helpfully jumped on the decks for the last hour and supplied a brilliant final impromptu set. Playing records out of his sale box, he dropped 60 minutes of lesser heard jazz and jazz funk by way of the Eastern Bloc.
Adrian is joining us again this Saturday at our next Forest Gate Dig, so if you happen to like any of the tunes below, it might just be that they are back in his ‘For Sale’ crate this weekend. Well except the Raimond Pauls track – that’s already gone!
